Typically delivered by the quintessential mob boss' henchman (read Raabert or Peeter) for the information of the quintessential mob boss (read Lauyen or Jagga) that the quintessential police inspector (read Ifthikaar ONLY, none other!) had arrived with his "troupe" of police officers. One thing to note is that it can be inferred that this scene DID NOT, (repeat, DID NOT) announce the climax of the movie. The reason? Bollywood ki police hamesha climax ke baad aati hai. (Bollywood Police comes only after the climax - No pun intended!) In this case, however, the police is almost on time, hence this scene can just not be the climax. Hehehe!!! Talk about Bollywood inferences!
